Booking Acknowledgement
Thank you for choosing S&K (an independent family business) contracted on behalf of The Good Guys, to install your product. We are locate in the North of Melbourne and service all of Melbourne. We have received your booking and we will be communicating with you soon.​​

How does it work.
The Good Guys have systems and processes, that, we do not have control over. Allocated Dates are subject to changes. As a contractor, the dates in the system are generated by The Good Guys randomly based on a application. We cannot guarantee the dates, as we are an independent business. The date are set as a place "holder, request, preferred, tentative" date only and NOT "a confirmed / firm" booking date. This is chosen for the purpose of dispatching the booking. If you have or require a specific date, please advise us with ample notice and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Online/Web purchases - Delivery of Products:
Services and bookings purchased online, are a (2) two-part process.
The delivery date is different to the installation date.
Your product must be delivered 1st (first) by The Good Guys Delivery driver and onsite 72hrs before we are able to book-in your install. We do not have access or control to real time data of stock availability from The Good Guys. If your stock is on (purchase/back order) you will need to follow this up with The Good Guys customer care or the closest store of purchase to your post code. Before we can book a date , please advise us of whether this has been arranged for delivery and when this is likely to be available or delivered, to assist in admin bookings. Installation as such, will be on a confirmed date by both parties.

Instore Purchases - Delivery of products:
We will deliver a product where the service includes a delivery component. Delivery of the product is to a standard (single story on ground level) home, where the steps leading to the front or rear entry do not exceed 5 steps. Moving these deliveries or removals up and/or down stairs or combination of both, that are in excess of 5 steps, will incur a fee charged @ $24 per flight of stairs for wide access. For narrow and difficult to access stairs price on application to be advised on inspection.
(e.g wide access stairs of 2 flights ($24 x 2 = $48)

Lift/Elevator access:
Where a lift is available, please advise us in advance. If the receiving/loading dock, facilities Parking and lift require booking prior to installation date, it is your responsibility to ensure this has been prepared and ready before my arrival.

City Installations surcharge:
Please note, a surcharge applies for all installation within city of Melbourne. This will be advised at time of installation.

Property Access:
Please ensure some one 18 and over is onsite/available to provide access to the property for installation..
Rental/Tenanted property requirements:
If the home is tenanted, we require the following details;

Name and contact number of Tenant person/s living at the address for booking allocations

The contact number of one or all tenants for coordination
If tenants details are not available, the following should be supplied:

Real estate managing agent/person/s name

Their best contact number
Travel times and task:
Note: I do my very best to be on time (each job is unique). Sometimes traffic and issues that may occur or be present from previous installers may delay me. If either of these things do happen, I will do my best to let you know. A text will be sent on the day to inform you, I am on my way to your address from my last job and arrival time.
